(Lysaker, 15 March 2010) Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA invites analysts, investors and
media to a presentation of the WW group restructuring as announced in today's
stock exchange disclosure.

The presentation takes place Monday 15 March at 08:30 (CET) at the premises of
the company, Strandveien 20, 1366 Lysaker.

The presentation will be webcast live on the group's web page www.wilhelmsen.com
. An information memorandum and the summons for its
annual general meeting, containing all information covering the steps to be
carried out in the restructuring including the transactions, conditions for the
restructuring and the IPO of new WW ASA, will be available on www.wilhelmsen.com
