Cadan Appoints Peter Cunningham as a Director
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/15/12 -- CADAN RESOURCES CORPORATION (TSX VENTURE: CXD)(FRANKFURT: AOMZ25) ("Cadan") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Peter Cunningham to the Board of Directors. He is appointed a Director, effective immediately.
Mr. Cunningham holds a Bachelor degree of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from the Western Australian School of Mines. With over thirty years experience in mine development and operations, Mr. Cunningham's knowledge of the mining industry is extensive. Throughout his career, Mr Cunningham has undertaken various Directorial and Managerial roles in successful and well-known ventures. Between 1998 and 2005, he was appointed Executive Director of Hill 50 Gold NL and Abelle Limited, and Managing Director of Bluestone Tin Limited. Currently, Mr Cunningham is Managing Director of Auvex Manganese Limited and Chairman of Exterra Resources Limited, an ASX listed Gold explorer.
