Pär Göting new Managing Director of Dannemora Magnetit

Pär Göting takes over as Managing Director of Dannemora Magnetit AB from 1
September 2012. He succeeds Kjell Klippmark, who resigned at his own request in
order to take up the position of CEO of Pajala Utveckling AB. Pär has previous
experience from Bergteamet AB and Skanska, where he was CEO of Skanska Raise
Boring for many years and more recently project manager for their underground
section.
Pär Göting is part of Dannemora Mineral's group management, which with effect
from 1 September 2012 comprises Staffan Bennerdt, President and CEO, Niklas
Kihl, CFO, Pär Göting, Managing Director Dannemora Magnetit AB, Jan Vestlund,
Head of Sales and Marketing, and Yvonne Gille, Head of Human Resources and
Communications.
Kjell Klippmark remains at the company's disposal as special advisor until the
end of 2012.
