El Salvador National Police Goes Live With Tiburon Dispatch Solution
(firmenpresse) - SAN RAMON, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/15/12 -- The Policia Nacional del Salvador has gone live with Tiburon's DispatchNow computer-aided dispatch and mobile communications solution.
The El Salvador system is an enterprise solution with 109 call-taking & dispatch positions distributed across 1 main center and 13 remote dispatch sites, all using the DispatchNow application. The solution also includes over 350 mobile applications running on a Motorola Handheld Radio/PDA. Tiburon's newly launched PDA application supports mobile dispatch functionality as well as standards-based MAP tiling capability optimized for PDA / smartphone type devices.
