Changes to Transmode's Management

Stockholm, Sweden - 16th August, 2012 - Transmode, a global supplier of packet
optical networking solutions, today announced changes to the company's
management team.
After five years with the company and reaching the age of 60 soon, Transmode's
CFO, Tomas Kihlstrand, has decided to return to running his own consultancy
business. Mr. Kihlstrand will remain employed until year-end, and he will be
available for future assignments on Transmode's behalf during 2013.
Mohamad Ferej, the company's Vice President of Research & Development and one of
its original co-founders, has decided to return to Iraq after 23 years in Sweden
to establish his own business. Mohamad will remain employed with the company
until year-end.

The search and selection process for a new CFO and Vice President of Research &
Development has already begun.
