With respect to the appointment of Mr. Stephen Halabura to the Board of Directors of the Company, it was incorrectly stated that "... he participated in bringing the Jansen, Burr, and Young potash projects to BHP Billiton." There was an error and the sentence should have stated that, " ...he participated in bringing the Jansen, Boulder Lake and Young potash projects to BHP Billiton." In all other respects the information is accurate.
