Swinerton Builders Government, along with will be assembling a micro-scale replica of one of our nation's great landmarks, the Washington National Monument, at the annual DBIA Federal Sector Conference. Also appearing at the conference is Swinerton Builders' Vice President & General Manager David White, who will be part of the Practitioners Panel to discuss lessons learned while working within the Federal sector.
