Patrice Young Brings Over 20 Years Experience in Senior-Level Management, Legal and Executive Recruiting Roles to Her New Position With Life Sciences Executive Search Firm

Young brings over 20 years professional experience that has included senior-level positions in law firms and global executive search companies. As senior partner at Mediatum, her responsibilities will include contributing to business development and the expansion of Mediatum U.S., Inc., addressing management needs and recruiting staff for the company's Boston office.
Prior to joining Mediatum, Young was a partner in the U.S. office of Odgers Berndtson, a global conglomerate delivering worldwide executive search solutions. Previously, she held life sciences executive recruitment positions at Korn/Ferry International, Sextant Search Partners, and J. Robert Scott, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fidelity Investments.
Before entering the field of executive search, Young practiced law for 10 years. She was the managing partner of the Chicago office of a Los Angeles-based law firm and served as legal counsel to Aon Technical Insurance Services in Chicago. Throughout her legal career, Young was a litigator specializing in professional liability defense, including defense of medial professionals. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Boston College Law School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA.
