Statkraft AS - 2009 Financial Statements approved

The Board of Directors of Statkaft AS has 17 March 2010 approved the final 2009
financial statements for the Statkraft AS Group. Profit before tax totalled NOK
12 487 million and net profit NOK 7 716 million. This is identical to the
preliminary accounts disclosed 18 February 2010.
The following corrections are made to the preliminary disclosed accounts:
* A reclassification from receivables to cash and cash equivalents under
current assets in the balance sheet.
* A correction of results from underlying operations, i.e. results adjusted
for unrealised changes in value and material non-recurring items, where the
tax cost and net profit are corrected.
The approved income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flow are
enclosed. The adjusted results from underlying operations are included in the
income statement.
