Geir Holmgren appointed managing director in Storebrand Livsforsikring AS

Storebrand Livsforsikring AS Board of Directors has appointed Geir Holmgren (40)
as new managing director in Storebrand Livsforsikring AS.

Geir Holmgren has been with Storebrand since 1997, and is currently acting
managing director in Storebrand Livsforsikring AS. Holmgren holds an MSc in
Actuarial Science as well as an MBA. Holmgren is Chairman of the board in Norsk
Pensjon[1].

Storebrand Livsforsikring AS is the largest subsidiary in the Storebrand Group.
