Share capital increase in Norwegian Property ASA registered

Reference is made to the announcement on 11 March 2010 regarding the completed
private placement of 45,326,000 new shares in Norwegian Property ASA. The share
capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital of
Norwegian Property ASA is NOK 249,298,416, divided into 498,596,832 shares, each
with nominal value NOK 0.50.
The new shares are expected to be issued today and immediately listed on the
Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker code "NPRO". As a consequence, the new
shares are expected to be tradable as from and including today.
