2009 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND
NOTICE OF 2010 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Novae Group plc has today submitted two copies of the Annual Report & Accounts
for the year ended 31 December 2009 and the Notice of the 2010 Annual General
Meeting, together with two copies of the Form of Proxy for the Annual General
Meeting, to the UK Listing Authority. The documents will shortly be available
for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

Thursday 18 March 2010, will be available to view at the Company's website at

29 April 2010 at the Thirty-Fourth Floor, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9HT.
