Jiminex Inc. Corporate Update
(firmenpresse) - SHUNIAH, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/23/12 -- Jiminex Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: JIM) wishes to announce that on August 16, 2012, the TSX Venture Exchange accepted final documentation in respect of a private placement with Canada Bai Heng Group and the appointment of Messrs. Johnson S. Zhang and Guoshan Ma as directors. Details of the transaction are contained in the Company's news release dated July 19, 2012.
The Company also wishes to announce that meeting materials for an annual and special meeting of shareholders to be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 in Thunder Bay, Ontario have been disseminated. Copies of the materials are available on SEDAR.
