Arctic Glacier Names Henry Wolfe as Vice Chairman
(firmenpresse) - WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/24/12 -- Arctic Glacier Holdings, Inc. ("Arctic Glacier" or the "Company") has named Henry Wolfe as Vice Chairman of its Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Wolfe is also an equity investor alongside H.I.G. Capital in the Company.
Mr. Wolfe has over thirty years of experience in the packaged ice industry and enjoys a strong track record of performance improvement and value creation in prior investments including All Seasons Ice, Ready's Ice Co., Sifco Incorporated and City Ice & Fuel Company. Mr. Wolfe has also served as Special Advisor to the CEO of Arctic Glacier for a number of years, spearheading a variety of performance improvement initiatives and acquisitions.
