THEMAC Resources Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/24/12 -- THEMAC Resources Group Limited ("THEMAC" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: MAC) announces that it is granting an aggregate of 700,000 stock options to officers, employees and consultants pursuant to the Company's share option plan. Each option will entitle its holder to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.58 per common share for a period of five years from this date.
The grant is subject to regulatory approval.
