Pursuant to § 5-11 of the Act on Securities Trading and Section 3.6 of the Oslo
Børs' "Continuing obligations of stock exchange listed companies", PA Resources
AB hereby publishes an annual survey of announced information made public
between 1 January and 31 December 2009.

the survey.
