Simba Gold Corp. Appoints New QP
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/27/12 -- Simba Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: SGD)(FRANKFURT: S7G) ("Simba" or the "Company") has appointed Dr. Mikhail Tsypukov, Ph.D, as its independent Qualified Person, as defined by National Instrument 43-101. His experience is extensive, covering exploration, program design, management and review, project valuation, geological modelling, and input to corporate mergers and acquisitions. Dr. Tsypukov is a full-time employee of SRK Exploration Services, with over 26 years' experience in the mining industry. His expertise and experience will be invaluable to help improve control on drilling operation and cost structure of further exploration with the help of SRK.
The Company also announces that Mr. Allan Armitage, Ph.D, P.Geol., has resigned as director and Qualified Person. Mr. Armitage has been an invaluable resource in the growth and development of the Company projects and the Company would like to thank him for his service to the Company.
