Mr. Henriksen and related parties hold 306,000 shares, 1,000,000 synthetic
options with a strike of NOK 36.52 and 363,000 synthetic options with a strike
of NOK 12.09.
Roy Hallås, Executive Vice President and COO, has bought 50,000 shares through
his wholly owned company Grindstua AS at a price of NOK 13.26. After the
transaction Mr. Hallås and related parties hold 155,930 shares, 950,000
synthetic options with a strike of NOK 36.52 and 281,000 synthetic options with
a strike of NOK 12.09.
Sven Børre Larsen, Executive Vice President and CFO, has bought 15,000 shares at
a price of NOK 13.1176. After the transaction Mr. Larsen holds 39,000 shares,
300,000 synthetic options with a strike of NOK 36.52 and 281,000 synthetic
options with a strike of NOK 12.09.
Ståle Andreassen, Senior Vice President Finance, has bought 15,000 shares at a
price of NOK 13.10. After the transaction Mr. Andreassen holds 15,000 shares and
100,000 synthetic options with a strike of NOK 12.09.
