Sinar Photography and basICColor Hall 4.2 Stand C028: Together at the photokina 2012

(PresseBox) - The close strategic cooperation between Sinar Photography AG and basICColor GmbH is underlined with a joint trade show presence on about 110 sqm at photokina 2012 in Hall 4.2 stand C028. "Capture Flow" is one of the first results of this technological partnership and will be launched as a world premiere at photokina. CaptureFlow as an open Camera Workflow Solution was developed for the new high-performing digital Sinarback "eXact". Along with this platform open to other manufacturer's backs or cameras, color management specialist basICColor will present and demonstrate its solutions for the entire digital imaging workflow.
For over 60 years Sinar is synonymous for trend-setting and pioneering innovations in the areas of view camera systems, which significantly extended the creative possibilities of photography with their outstanding technical sophistication. As comprehensive technological solutions these products are closely related to the growing demands of professional photographers and will constantly be further evolved and refined by Sinar. At photokina 2012 Sinar's success story will be updated and continued.
"In addition to our entire view camera and reprographic products, as a world premiere we will present our digital back Sinar eXact. We will also introduce the new software CaptureFlow from basICColor, including the fully integrated ICC "input" profiling as a core application", said Stephan Faessler, CEO of Sinar Photography AG. "We are pleased to cooperate with the congenial software partner basICColor - not only for this particular project."
basICColor contributes its extensive expertise of color-profiling- and color-calibration-solutions into this partnership, as well as its know-how in image capturing with digital cameras and scanners. "Our camera profiling solution is the result of many years of experience in photography as well as in printing. We are fully aware of the demands of our color workflow customers and are pleased to cooperate strategically with Sinar as the expert in camera solutions".
