(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/28/12 -- Galore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GRI) (the "Company"). Further to its news release of August 9, 2012, wherein the Company announced a proposal to apply to further extend the expiry date of share purchase warrants (originally issued in connection with a non-brokered private placement completed in August, 2009, to purchase up to 2,479,412 common shares), the Company has now determined that it will not be proceeding with the extension.
The Company also announces that Mr. Allan Fabbro has tendered his resignation from the Company's Board of Directors due to increasing commitments with other business endeavors. The Company and its Board wish to thank Mr. Fabbro for his input and participation during his term as a director. Mr. Fabbro will continue to assist Galore on the Company's Advisory Board.
Galore Resources is a British Columbia-based exploration company focused on the acquisition and exploration for promising deposits in Mexico and British Columbia.
