Futura Completes Loan Agreement and Raises $300,000
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/28/12 -- The Futura Loyalty Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE: FUT) (the "Company") today announced that it has entered into a loan agreement and raised $300,000 from an arm's length party. Interest will accrue at a rate of 0% per annum until September 30, 2012 and at the rate of 12% thereafter until the maturity date of November 1, 2012. The lender has been granted a first security position and proceeds will be used for working capital purposes.
