STONESOFT CORPORATION'S DIRECTED SHARE ISSUE HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND REGISTERED
The decision made by the Board of Directors of Stonesoft Corporation (the
"Company") on 19 March 2010 regarding the directed share issue of 5.700.000 new
shares against payment to experienced and professional domestic investors has
been completed and registered.
The new shares issued in the directed share issue have been registered with the
Finnish Trade Register on 23 March 2010. The new shares having been subscribed
for will be recorded as book-entries in the book-entry system maintained by
Euroclear Finland Ltd and entered in the book-entry accounts of subscribers on
24 March 2010. The new shares will be admitted to trading on Main market of
NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd together with the existing shares of the Company on or
about 24 March 2010.
The total number of shares in the Company after the share issue is 63,002,732.
