The Company yesterday announced it had signed a Definitive Agreement to acquire privately held Pizza Fusion Holdings, with closing expected by the end of the third calendar quarter.
Out of the nearly 70,000 pizzerias in the U.S., PizzaMarketplace.com ranked Pizza Fusion -- with its 75 percent organic menu and eco-friendly franchise concept -- number 19 nationally. Unique Pizza and Subs -- with its superior quality offering and innovative capital efficient 'rebranding mom & pop pizzeria' business model -- was ranked 52nd.
