Kensington Court Announces Change of Financial Year End
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/31/12 -- Kensington Court Ventures Inc. ("Kensington" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: KCT) announces that the Company's financial year end was changed from March 31 to August 31.
The Company changed its year end to August 31 from March 31 in order to align its year end with that of its recently acquired subsidiary Stronghold Brasil Mineracao Ltd.("SBM").
As a result of this change, the Company will have a transitional 5 month financial year ending August 31, 2012. Further details regarding the change in financial year, including the Company's interim reporting periods, will be available in the Company's Notice of Change of Financial Year-End prepared in accordance with section 4.8 of National Instrument 51-102, which will be filed shortly on SEDAR at .
