The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA approved the annual report
and the annual financial statements for 2009 on 23 March 2010. The report and
the financial statements are in accordance with the interim report dated 19
February 2010. The board does not propose a dividend.
The board resolved to call the annual general meeting to be held on 7 May 2010
for consideration and resolution of the normal matters. The notice will be
issued in due course.
