Quash have de-listed from the Stuttgart Stock Exchange.
Whilst the business continues to grow and develop the board of directors
feel that there is little benefit of being quoted in a junior market at
this stage. Currently investors are mostly concentrating on large caps and
their dependency on the EU debt crisis..
There has been very little liquidity in the junior markets and the board
believe that their efforts are best used to grow the company that our many
private investors have invested in.
It is the company's strategy to grow the company to a critical mass where
it will then be appropriate to re-list the company on a fully regulated
stock exchange in the way of a formal IPO (Initial Public Offering) or
enter negotiations for a straightforward trade-sale.
The board acknowledge that there are a number of small shareholders who
have invested in Quash over the last 2 years and intend to continue to run
the corporate websitewww.QuashProducts.com, and will update the news
announcement sections as and when developments occur.
In terms of developments of the company it is pleased to announce that it
is in discussions with a number of parties with regards to selling licenses
for various global jurisdictions. Now the full range of products have been
developed, a licensing business model allows Quash to run a low-overhead
business which is very cash rich and allows it to develop on further new
product development.

and concerns over the Eurozone crisis make it hard to see any value in
being quoted on a junior market such as Stuttgart. We have a
