Unterschleissheim near Munich, March 24, 2010 - IC Immobilien Service GmbH
prematurely renewed the lease for an office property located in Quickborn
and held in the IC Fonds Deutschland 15 investment fund, extending it by
another five years through May 2017. In return for the early lease renewal,
the rent was lowered to the current market level as of January 2010.
The fund property, which was completed in early 1995, has a gross lettable
area of about 10,570 sqm, spread across two wings of about 5,035 and 5,535
sqm, respectively. Each building extends over four floors plus basement.
'The take-up at the location of Quickborn in Schleswig-Holstein shows that
the letting market even and especially at secondary locations remains
stable for high-quality, well maintained properties at the moment,'
elaborated André Radon of IC Immobilien Service GmbH, the asset manager
that represents the property's owner, IC Fonds Deutschland 15.
