Vessel delivery and long-term financing

"Far Saracen" (AHTS UT731CD) has today Wednesday 24 March been delivered from
STX Norway Offshore AS, Langsten, to Farstad Supply AS, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Farstad Shipping ASA. The vessel will trade the spot market in the
North Sea.
A long-term facility of NOK 435 million has been drawn with Eksportfinans ASA to
finance the vessel. The loan is guaranteed by GIEK, Handelsbanken and DnB NOR
Bank ASA.

Farstad Shipping's fleet currently consists of 58 vessels (24 PSV, 31 AHTS and
3 SUBSEA). The company's operations are run from Ålesund, Aberdeen, Melbourne,
