Millar Instruments Announces Merger Completion With Telemetry Research
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 09/04/12 -- Millar Instruments, Inc. (Houston, TX) today announced the completion of its merger with Telemetry Research Ltd (Auckland, NZ). Millar headquarters will be in Houston, TX and the Auckland office will operate under New Zealand registry as a wholly owned subsidiary.
