Bimba Selected as Tour Site During AME Conference

On Thursday, October 18th, Jim Umland, Bimba Director of Operations, will be giving participants an exclusive look into Bimba's processes.

Tour attendees will see how Bimba employs value-stream mapping, daily 5S implementation, standard work, "pull" methods, visual management boards and employee-ownership/engagement.
