Competent and dedicated employees are the most important success factor
(PresseBox) - On 3 September 2012, TQ Systems welcomed twelve new apprentices at its main branch in Gut Delling / Seefeld, Germany. The electronics company trains industrial office workers and electronics technicians for equipment and systems and currently employs a total of 46 apprentices.
First, the apprentices get to know the majority of the company in phases of several weeks. They are integrated into daily business in various areas from the start ? with corresponding support from experienced TQ colleagues. Theoretical foundations also carry significant weight at TQ: apprentices work on commercial and technical topics and expand and deepen their vocational school education in their regular training lessons with educators. Company visits foster solidarity and an understanding of other industries.
The training concept pays off: "We are pleased to see consistently good training qualifications and are very proud that the Chamber of Industry and Commerce regularly distinguishes TQ apprentices for particularly good marks," explains educator Helmut Eberle.
The former apprentices now do outstanding work in specialist departments: "In the face of the increasing skills shortage, it is becoming more and more difficult to find well-trained employees. Our former apprentices bring to the table not only the necessary specialized knowledge, they also already know how things work at TQ, which is a huge advantage," says educator Christine Dirix.
Even when they're finished with their apprenticeships, these young professionals have a thirst for knowledge: many continue their education in extra-occupational evening courses to become business administrators or technicians. Every year, TQ invests more than 1 million Euros into qualification measures: "With all our employees, we place great value on continuing education and training. Competent and dedicated employees are our most important success factor," says Christine Dirix.
As an electronics service provider (E²MS supplier and CEM) TQ offers the complete range of services from development, through production and service right up to product life cycle management. The services cover assemblies, equipment and systems including hardware, software and mechanics. Customers can obtain all services from TQ on a modular basis as individual services and also as a complete package according to their individual requirements. Standard products such as finished microcontroller modules (minimodules) complete the range of services.
Through the combination of electronics services and finished system components, TQ offers customer-specific products as ODM products and thereby addresses customers who would like to receive finished products and at the same time benefit from the advantages of a customer-specific solution. ODM products are provided on time and economically using a comprehensive solution kit. The kit includes finished electronic, mechanical and software components including certification and licenses.
