Petsecure Supports 1st Annual Turf and Surf Event for the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society
(firmenpresse) - WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/04/12 -- Petsecure is proud to join the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society as a sponsor for its first Annual Turf and Surf event. Held Sunday, September 9, the 5 km walkathon is the largest fundraiser of the year for the Humane Society.

The event begins at the Economical Insurance Group and ends in Bingemans Park where pet parents and pets alike can enjoy the wave pool in a leash-free environment. The event also consists of a silent auction, a vendor village for shopping, and a dog trick contest.
The KWHS is one of the many Canadian animal organizations that also benefits from Petsecure's Adoptsecure Program. Adoptsecure provides up to six weeks of accident and illness insurance coverage valued at up to $500 for all newly adopted dogs and cats.
