Annual General Meeting will be held at Folketeateret, Storgaten 21-23,
0184Oslo, Norway on Thursday 22 April 2010 at 3.00 p.m.

Printed version (hardback) of the Notice will be sent by post to all
shareholders starting week 12.

The General Meeting will be simultaneously translated to English, and web cast
at www.orkla.com.
