Conducting Its Second Series of Auctions With Hancock Bank, J. P. King Will Sell Over 200 Bank-Owned Properties Throughout the State of Florida in a Four-Day Auction Event
(firmenpresse) - PENSACOLA, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 09/05/12 -- In a four-day auction event to be conducted throughout the state of Florida, a collection of approximately two hundred properties will be offered for sale. Single family homes, commercial buildings and properties, residential lots, commercial lots and land will be available for purchase through J. P. King Auction Company on behalf of . Nearly half of the properties will sell absolute with no minimums and no reserves.
The auction events will begin in Pensacola on Monday, September 24 at 11 a.m. at the Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Hotel. The will include single-family homes, commercial properties, lots and land, with locations ranging from Panama City to the Alabama gulf coast.
On Tuesday, September 25, an auction event will be held in Tallahassee at the Homewood Suites at 11 a.m. This event will include , located in or near the coastal areas of Gulf, Franklin and Wakulla Counties. In addition to single-family homes, commercial properties, lots and land, the auction will also contain condominium units.
The event on Wednesday, September 26 will be held in Jacksonville at the Embassy Suites at 11 a.m. and will feature and the nearby coastal areas of St. Augustine and Palm Coast. The four-day auction event will conclude in Orlando on Thursday, September 27, at the Radisson Hotel with properties located in Alachua, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Polk and Volusia Counties.
Both the Jacksonville and feature single-family homes in excess of four bedrooms and 3,000 square feet.
In the first set of auctions J. P. King conducted for Hancock Bank in July of last year, almost 85 percent of the offered properties were sold.
