CONFIRMS 09 FIGURES, INCL. TAX AND ALLOCATION OF PROFIT

Final audited accounts for Komplett ASA in accordance with earlier
releasedfigures. The company reports revenue of MNOK 3.749,6 and profit before
tax of MNOK 80,3. The tax charge is MNOK 21,4 and profit from continuing
operations after tax is MNOK 58,9. Profit from continuing operations per share
after tax for the full year are NOK 3,51. The Board recommends to the ordinary
General Assembly, to be held at 21 April 2010. The board also recommends an
ordinary dividend of NOK 2.00 per share. The share will trade ex-dividend 22
April 2010.
