UPDATE: Kodiak Sports to Expand Batting Cage and Baseball Manufacturing Center

(firmenpresse) - GUNTER, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 09/06/12 -- Kodiak Sports has announced plans to expand its and baseball equipment manufacturing and warehousing operations in Gunter, TX by adding an additional 7,500 sq. ft. The new manufacturing space will be constructed behind the existing warehouse and storage facility.

The new warehouse facility features 20' high ceilings, storage space for rubber, artificial landscaping turf and other inventory items. There will be several overhead doors for truck and customer access. The new warehouse addition will bring Kodiak's TX warehouse to around 14,000 sq. ft. When asked about the process of permits and city approvals, owner Matt Garrabrants responded -- "The City of Gunter has been great and we should be able to move quickly on the project."

"The new space will be primarily used for our baseball and field equipment related product manufacturing and assembly. The new 7,500-sq.-ft. warehouse space will also expand our rubber flooring stock for Texas customers. Our customers are certainly looking forward to additional stock of our heavy rubber products in the Southern region." -- Owner Matt Garrabrants states.
