Jeffrey Lowe Joins King & Spalding's Capital Transactions Team in Atlanta
(firmenpresse) - ATLANTA, GA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/06/12 -- Jeffrey D. Lowe has joined the capital transactions and real estate practice of King & Spalding as a counsel in the Atlanta office, the firm announced today. Lowe was a senior associate at Locke Lord LLP.
Lowe focuses his practice on real estate finance, capital markets, private equity, fund formation and property-related transactions. He received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and a B.A. degree, with honors, from Syracuse University.
King & Spalding's capital transactions and real estate practice has completed an international expansion over the past six months, with the establishment of real estate practices in Paris and London. Partner Nigel Heilpern joined the firm's London office in July, and a seven-lawyer real estate team was added to the Paris office in May, including partners Benoît Marcilhacy and Pascal Schmitz. In February 2102, Dr. Axel Schilder joined the Frankfurt real estate practice.
