ROTHENBERGER AG expands its executive board
The top level management of ROTHENBERGER AG counts a new member as of
1 September 2012:
The supervisory board of ROTHENBERGER AG appointed the French manager
Michel Moulin a member of the executive board for the Products&Services
division. In his position as chief operating officer, COO, he is
responsible for managing the operative business as well as for the
companies ROTHENBERGER Industrial GmbH (Kelkheim), VIRAX S.A.S. (Epernay,
France) and SUPER EGO TOOLS S.L. (Abadiano, Spain).
'We are very pleased to have gained in Mr Michael Moulin an internationally
successful manager as a member of the executive board of our family
company,' says Dr Helmut Rothenberger, CEO of ROTHENBERGER AG. 'Thanks to
his expertise in the field of operations management as well as his proven
management skills, he is the ideal person for this job.'
This new appointment is at the same time a solid confirmation of the course
ROTHENBERGER has set towards the corporation's international growth, the
consolidation of its leadership in terms of product quality and the
sharpening of its customer and service focus.
Michel Moulin has been with ROTHENBERGER AG since October 2011: he last
managed successfully the integration of VIRAX S.A.S., the latest
acquisition of ROTHENBERGER AG, into the group of companies in his function
as managing director.
