Yorbeau Announces Appointment of New Chairman

Robyn has resigned as Chairman of Yorbeau and that David Crevier, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been appointed as the new Chairman of Yorbeau. Thomas L. Robyn will remain a director of the Company.
