STONESOFT EXPANDS OPERATIONS TO KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA
Stonesoft has signed partnership agreements with four (4) Saudi-Arabian system
integrators and will establish a representative office in Riyadh, Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia during spring 2010.
The local partners have a strong focus on ICT and especially network security
and they have an established customer base consisting ofcompanies and
organizations operating in the verticals that are important to Stonesoft;
government, finance, telecom operators, oil and gas industry.
"Stonesoft has been continuously investing and expanding its operations on the
Emerging Markets, so the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a natural step in our
strategy. Saudi Arabia has a lot of natural resources and is currently in a
dynamic development phase for TCP/IP usage. The local organizations are
expanding their IT investments to meet the growing demands on their networks.
Security threats are increasing and enterprises must be able to secure
uninterrupted operations of their networks under all circumstances. Stonesoft
has the ability and competence to fulfill customer needs also in large and
critical service offerings. I believe we have good conditions for success on the
