Infinigy Solutions and Legato Corporation Merge
Creates National Turn-Key Wireless Services Company
(firmenpresse) - MARIETTA, GA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/10/12 -- Infinigy Solutions, a wireless deployment and project management company, and Legato Corporation, a wireless network infrastructure development and installation provider, are pleased to announce a partnership that took effect on August 31, 2012. The new company, Infinigy West, will provide total turn-key wireless services on a national basis.
"The new company combines our A&E design, project management and general contracting competencies to deliver true turn-key wireless project deployment," said John Stevens, Founder and CEO of Infinigy.
The partnership represents a pooling of the outstanding expertise of two major wireless turn-key service providers in an effort to develop a nationwide presence and produce a superior line of services necessary for the strategic planning, , and of wireless networks. Infinigy Solutions, a division of , currently has three regional offices in the North East, South East, and in the Midwest, and was created in 2001 with a focus on delivering quality services including cost effective engineering and site development solutions. The Legato Group, currently with offices in Southern CA, and Central FL, was founded in 2007 with an emphasis on providing superior network infrastructure development and installation solutions from site acquisition to construction, and maintenance.
At a recent meeting Steven Gosnell, president of Infinigy Solutions, and Chris Alen, president of Legato Group, agreed that the outcome of the partnership expands resources and creates a national presence to provide total , from site development and construction services to deployment and maintenance of wireless networks.
