2007 Long Term Incentive Plan Awards
The Company made awards on 25 March 2010 under the 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan
("2007 LTIP") to the five executive directors, over a total of 375,000£1.00
ordinary shares in the Company ("Share(s)"). The market value of a Share for the
purpose of the awards made on 25 March 2010 was £3.015.
The following executive directors of the Company each acquired a beneficial
interest in a number of Shares, as set out below.
