Declan Appoints New Director
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/12/12 -- Declan Resources Inc. ("Declan" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LAN) is pleased to announce that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), Craig Mclean has been appointed to the board of directors of the Company. Mr. Mclean, is a senior exploration geologist who has also acted as a consulting geologist on a number of base metals, gold and diamond exploration programs in west Africa, central/east Africa, Russia & western Australia; representing companies including Diamond Fields International Ltd., BHP Billiton, Centaur Mining & Exploration Ltd. and Aurora Gold Ltd. Mr. Mclean received a B.Sc. Hon. (Geology) from Kingston University, UK in 1996.
The Company also announces that Mr. David Hughes has resigned as a director of the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Hughes for his services to the Company and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
The board of directors of Declan is now comprised of Wayne Tisdale, Michelle Gahagan, Garry Clark, Michael Curtis and Craig Mclean.
