Eltek Board approves Financial Statements for 2009

The Board of Directors of Eltek ASA has approved the Financial Statements for
2009.
The Company reported its preliminary and unaudited results for fourth quarter
and full year 2009 on 18 February, 2010. Compared to the preliminary figures,
two reclassifications have been made in the Balance sheet; i) NOK 116.7 million
of Borrowings reclassified from Non-current to Current liabilities and ii) NOK
7.9 million reclassified between different lines within the Current liabilities
section. There were no other changes to the consolidated financial statements
compared to those presented in the February earnings release.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled at 20 May 2010. The Annual Report for
2009 will be published onwww.eltek.com
three weeks before the Annual General Meeting.
