Petsecure Supports 2nd Annual Woof Walk for D'Arcy's A.R.C
(firmenpresse) - WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/13/12 -- Petsecure is proud to join D'Arcy's A.R.C. (Animal Rescue Centre) as a sponsor for its 2nd Annual Woof Walk. Held Saturday, September 15, the 2 km walk will take place at Kildonan Park in Winnipeg. The money raised will support D'Arcy's A.R.C.'s work rescuing and caring for cats and dogs.
"The Woof Walk is an opportunity for pet parents to come together and support an organization that cares for animals that would otherwise be overlooked. The walk raises awareness about what it means to be a responsible pet owner and we're proud to support such a great cause," said Vice President of Business Development Bill Skubovius.
The Woof Walk will include fun for the whole family including face painting, a dog agility demo, a vendor market and more. Registration starts at 11 a.m., and the walk begins at 12 p.m.
D'Arcy's A.R.C. is one of the many Canadian animal organizations that also benefits from Petsecure's Adoptsecure Program. Adoptsecure provides up to six weeks of accident and illness insurance coverage valued at up to $500 for all newly adopted dogs and cats.
