Warrior Energy N.V. Announces Appointment of Two New Directors
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/13/12 -- Warrior Energy N.V. (TSX VENTURE: WEN) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Urs Meisterhans as a Director of the Company, effective September 6, 2012. Mr. Meisterhans is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Meisterhans has over 30 years of experience in the investment and banking industry. Mr. Meisterhans currently holds the position of Managing Partner and Director of Wealth and Asset Management and Investment Funds, with Sinitus AG, a Swiss-based trust company. Mr. Meisterhans also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MISTRAL Media AG, a German listed media company, and as a member of the Advisory Board for a number of European companies. Mr. Meisterhans started his banking career with Schweizerische Bankgesellschaft (now UBS AG) and later he received a Federal diploma as Banker and also graduated from the Swiss Banking School (now Swiss Finance Institute).
The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Andrew Murphy as a Director of the Company, effective September 6, 2012. Mr. Murphy is currently a non-executive Member of the Board; Investment Management with Murphy & Spitz Green AG, KBB Kollektorbau, GmbH and Eisenbeiss Solar AG. He is also CEO of Murphy & Spitz Umwelt Consult GmbH and Murphy & Spitz Green Capital AG, as well as, Vice-CEO of Umwelt Aktien Depot Deutschland / Umwelt Aktiendepot Welt. Mr. Murphy has a B.A. in economics (Betriebswirt) and also studied philosophy, political sciences and economics at Bonn University (Universitat Bonn).
Mr. Tschofen resigned as a Director of the Company. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Tschofen for his valuable contribution as a director of the Company.
