Vineyard Networks Adds Experience and Depth to Sales and Marketing With Two New Executive Appointments
Brent Nixon and Wilson Craig Bring Years of Experience to Deep Packet Inspection Leader
(firmenpresse) - KELOWNA, BC -- (Marketwire) -- 09/17/12 -- Vineyard Networks today announced the appointment of Brent Nixon as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The company also named Parallax Public Relations as its agency of record, with principal Wilson Craig named Vineyard's acting Director of Marketing.

Nixon brings over 17 years of experience in the security and networking industry. Prior to Vineyard Networks, Nixon spent seven years at Cymphonix, where he rose from VP of Product Management in 2005 to President in 2006 and CEO in 2010. He previously held senior positions at 3Com, and was co-founder and VP of Maxis Research. Nixon holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a BS from the University of Utah.
Prior to launching Parallax Public Relations in May 2012, Craig held senior positions in marketing and corporate communications at Aruba Networks, Brocade Communications, Cisco and Packeteer. He holds a BA in journalism from the University of Mississippi. He joins the Vineyard team as its acting Director of Marketing.
