PKR Bring 3D Roulette to the iPhone
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 09/18/12 -- Online poker provider PKR, is taking its trademark 3D gameplay to the roulette table and letting us play from our phones.
Since its creation in 2004, PKR has been a hub for 3D online but the visionaries behind the brand have now launched a roulette app - made for iOS. The game is free to download and is free to play - PKR plan on releasing the real money version before Christmas 2012.
The next-generation graphics are powered by Unity Engine software and, as a result, the animations within the game run in true style - smooth and realistic. As a game, players approach it in the same way as they do with the poker platform; creating an avatar, customising their appearance and building up their (for now) 'play money' bankroll.
Poker aficionados who aren't so familiar with 'The Devil's Game' (a title given to roulette due to the fact its board numbers add up to 666), the app comes with a full tutorial - explaining how to play roulette like a pro, using mini lessons.
There are 50 Apple Game Centre achievements to earn by playing the roulette application. On top of that, players will earn in-game PKR points which can be used to unlock content like new avatar skins, casinos and high-roller tables.

PKR's Blackjack app is also in the pipeline and what started out as a revolutionary poker site, looks to be expanding into fresh areas all the time.
