OIC Announces Investor Education Day in San Francisco September 29
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 09/18/12 -- The Options Industry Council (OIC) today announced its latest Investor Education Day (IED) scheduled for September 29 in San Francisco.
The Investor Education Day offers two different tracks for attendees based on their investment experience and skill level -- Options Basics or Advanced Strategies. Options Basics will examine fundamentals, such as strategies to get started and the risks and rewards of using options, while Advanced Strategies will focus on more complicated concepts such as butterflies, condors and the Greeks.
Options are an ideal tool for a variety of investors and market conditions. The popular all-day options education program is taught by experienced instructors from various options exchanges and OIC professionals. The Investor Education Day is designed to help investors develop their knowledge and ability to responsibly trade options.
There is no charge to attend the IED, although advanced registration is required. Those interested in attending can obtain a schedule and location information as well as register through OIC's website, , or by calling 1-888-OPTIONS (1-888-678-4667).
Registration opens one hour prior to start of the event at 8:00am. Coffee breaks and lunch are included.
