Metsäliitto Group's Annual Report for the year 2009, including Financial
Statements, Report of the Board of Directors and Corporate Governance Statement,
has been published on the Group's web site atwww.metsaliitto.com. The report is
available in English and in Finnish in PDF format. Printed copies in English,
Finnish and Swedish are available as of 12 April. Requests for printed copies
can be submitted by filling in an order form on the Group's website or by e-mail
from communications(at)metsaliitto.fi.

A summary of Metsäliitto Group's stock exchange releases and announcements
published in 2009 is available on the Group's web site. The content of the
releases published in 2009 can partially be out of date.
